Land Development Civil Engineer
Responsibilities: • Design and manage land development projects from concept through construction—including residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites. • Prepare grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans compliant with local codes and standards. • Collaborate with clients, architects, surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualities We’re Looking For: • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; EIT or PE licensure preferred. • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD (or equivalent design software). • Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and multi-project management skills.
