Job Title: Heavy Civil Estimator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Heavy Civil Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating sales and winning work, with the ability to manage projects successfully. You will play a key role in securing new business and ensuring the profitability of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects, focusing on Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Demolition, or Paving.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, leveraging your existing network or public works expertise.
• Manage and track project bids, ensuring timely submission and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for winning and executing projects.
• Achieve profitability goals while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil estimating.
• Proven sales generator with a strong ability to win and manage projects.
• Strong background in either public works or private work with a loyal customer base.
• Expertise in Earthwork, Underground Utility, Demolition, or Paving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
