Agricultural Lender
About the Role
We’re seeking an Agricultural Lender to join our team. This individual will manage, service, and grow a portfolio of agricultural loans and related services while also promoting the full suite of banking products. The right candidate will combine financial expertise with a passion for serving the agricultural community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong portfolio of Ag loans and related services.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with farm and agribusiness clients.
Provide financial solutions that support clients’ goals and long-term success.
Cross-sell and service additional bank products to meet customer needs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Background in farm business management, finance, or rural/agriculture-related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–3 years of experience in financial services or agricultural business.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven sales ability with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to obtain licenses for related services.
Proficiency with computers and financial software.
