Pre-Litigation / Intake Attorney - Remote

We are working with a well-established California litigation firm that is seeking a Pre-Litigation / Intake Attorney. This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney who excels at evaluating new matters, building client relationships, and resolving cases before they escalate to litigation.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in California.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate new client matters and conduct initial case assessments
• Interview prospective clients and gather case information
• Handle pre-litigation negotiations and demand resolution
• Draft demand packages, settlement documents, and pre-litigation pleadings
• Manage intake workflow and coordinate with the litigation team
• Advise clients on case strategy and resolution options

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• Experience with pre-litigation, intake, or plaintiff-side case evaluation
• Strong negotiation, interviewing, and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Ability to manage a high volume of new matters
