Trusts & Estates Attorney: Estate Planning, Probate, and Private Client Work in Jupiter

We are partnering with a highly respected firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families in Jupiter, Florida that is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 3+ years of experience.

This is an in-office role in one of Palm Beach County's most active private client markets. You will counsel individuals, families, and fiduciaries on estate planning, trust administration, and probate, with exposure to trust and estate disputes for those who enjoy the litigation side.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and comprehensive estate plans
• Advise high-net-worth clients and families on estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning
• Handle probate and trust administration matters from opening through closing
• Counsel personal representatives and trustees on their fiduciary duties
• Prepare court filings, accountings, and related documents
• Assist with trust and estate litigation matters as they arise

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of trusts and estates experience, including estate planning, probate, and/or trust administration
• Strong drafting skills and knowledge of the Florida Probate Code and Florida Trust Code
• Exposure to trust and estate litigation is a plus
• Excellent client communication skills and attention to detail
