Are you a driven Commercial Construction Project Manager looking for an opportunity to grow with a respected general contractor?
We are partnering with an established, highly regarded commercial general contractor seeking a talented Project Manager to join its growing Southeast Michigan operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and financial performance.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
3–4 years of construction project management experience required.
Commercial general contracting experience strongly preferred.
Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, or ground-up commercial construction highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery.
Proficiency with construction management software; Procore experience preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
