Senior Project Manager – Large-Scale Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead major structural steel projects from contract award through completion. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized steel fabricator responsible for some of the most iconic structures on the East Coast. As a Sr. PM, you’ll oversee high-profile projects while providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of complex structural steel projects from kickoff to closeout.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with precision.

  • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Anticipate challenges and drive solutions before they impact progress.

  • Oversee meetings, reporting, and change orders.

  • Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record managing large-scale structural steel projects.

  • 8+ years of project management experience in fabrication and erection.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with BlueBeam, Tekla Power Fab Suite, or Tekla Models preferred.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE).
