Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager Opportunity – Western Massachusetts

Location: Hampden County, MA (hybrid)

I’m partnering with a well-established, full-service public accounting firm in Western Massachusetts that is experiencing steady growth due to recent retirements and continued client expansion. What You’ll Do

• Review and prepare complex federal and state tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, nonprofit)
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda and IRS correspondence
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff within the tax department
• Manage multiple client engagements and budgets

What They’re Looking For

• 8–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA (MA or CT preferred)
• Strong experience with complex entity and individual returns
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to help lead and grow the tax practice

Compensation & Benefits

• $100k-$165k DOE
