Job Description

A growing community bank in Ankeny is adding a Credit Analyst to its team. This role works closely with the bank's loan officers and is a great spot for someone who wants to steer their career toward lending or a senior credit role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and risk-rate commercial and agricultural credit lines
• Spread financial statements and tax returns and prepare credit write-ups
• Build working relationships with loan officers and support their requests
• Help train newer credit staff
• Assist with month-end and regulatory reporting
• Support compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years as a bank credit analyst preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Attention to detail and good written communication
