Job Description

A community bank in Sterling is seeking an Ag Lender to serve producers across northeast Colorado. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of farm, ranch, and agribusiness relationships, covering new business, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new relationships with farmers, ranchers, and ag businesses
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral, including cattle and irrigated and dryland ground
• Structure operating, equipment, and real estate loans and prepare credit memos
• Complete annual reviews, inspections, and portfolio monitoring
• Cross-sell deposit and other bank products
• Use FSA guarantee programs where it makes sense

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of ag lending or ag credit experience
• Understanding of crop and livestock operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized
