A community bank in Le Mars is confidentially hiring an Ag Lender to serve producers across Plymouth County and northwest Iowa. You'll take ownership of a portfolio and handle the full loan cycle, from finding new business to underwriting, structuring, closing, and ongoing servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Call on farmers, cattle feeders, and ag businesses to bring in new relationships
• Evaluate creditworthiness through financial analysis, cash flow, and collateral review
• Prepare loan presentations and documentation for approval
• Service existing customers and keep the portfolio performing well
• Cross-sell deposit, cash management, and other bank services
• Stay current on commodity markets and local ag conditions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Ag Business, or Finance preferred
• Ag lending, farm credit, or ag credit analyst experience
• Familiarity with FSA programs is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with a rural customer base
