Job Description

A community bank in Pueblo is adding a Credit Analyst to its lending team. This role works closely with the bank's loan officers and is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a career toward lending or senior credit in southern Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and risk-rate commercial, real estate, and small business credit lines
• Spread financial statements and tax returns and write clear credit memos
• Partner with loan officers on new requests and annual reviews
• Help train newer credit staff
• Assist with month-end and regulatory reporting
• Support loan review and compliance with bank policy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years as a bank credit analyst preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Clear writing and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing deadlines across several requests
