Job Description

A community bank in Fort Morgan is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its local office. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, growing deposits and loans, and being a visible part of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
• Grow deposit and loan relationships in the market
• Handle consumer and small business lending requests
• Make sure the branch runs smoothly and follows bank policy and regulations
• Cross-sell bank products and provide excellent customer service
• Represent the bank at local events and organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of banking experience, including supervisory or lending experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ag or small business lending experience is a plus
• Organized and able to multitask
