Transactional Associate Attorney

GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established law firm seeking a motivated Transactional Associate Attorney to join its growing practice in San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career handling sophisticated transactional matters with a firm that values professional growth, collaboration, and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of transactional experience. Remote flexibility may be available depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related transactional documents
  • Assist with transactions from inception through closing
  • Conduct due diligence and transactional analysis
  • Advise clients on contracts, compliance matters, and business transactions
  • Collaborate with clients and other parties throughout the transaction process
  • Maintain organized files and manage multiple deadlines effectively

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to practice law in Texas
  • 2–4 years of transactional experience
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and transactional procedures
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
