Location: Cleveland, OH Area

A well-established company in the civil/site development industry is seeking a CAD Technician to join its team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a variety of civil and site-related projects while working with an experienced team of industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain accurate CAD drawings and plans.
• Assist with the preparation of construction documents, site plans, and project drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Incorporate revisions and updates based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to support project needs.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing documentation.
• Perform additional drafting and CAD-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of CAD experience preferred.
• AutoCAD experience required.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and/or AGTEK preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
