Position Overview

A growing company in the construction and design industry is seeking a detail-oriented BIM / VDC Modeler to support digital modeling, coordination, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of BIM/VDC experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and the ability to contribute to accurate, coordinated models and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support virtual design and construction (VDC) efforts, including model coordination and collaboration with project teams.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, consistency, and potential conflicts.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to support project coordination.
• Assist with model reviews, drawing updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize digital collaboration and review tools to support efficient project communication and coordination.
• Help identify and resolve modeling discrepancies and coordination issues.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in BIM/VDC modeling or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Revizto, and Autodesk Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate model information.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.

Work Environment
