Business Transactions Attorney: Grow Your Deal Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Downtown Pittsburgh

Our client, a respected Pittsburgh law firm, is seeking a Business Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its downtown office. The firm serves manufacturers, technology and health care companies, closely held businesses, and their owners throughout Western Pennsylvania.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Pittsburgh, balancing in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

What You'll Do

• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and business sales from letter of intent through closing
• Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, financing, and succession planning
• Conduct due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules
• Build lasting relationships with business owners and management teams

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or business transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships
• A practical, business-minded approach to client service
