Securities Litigation Attorney: High-Stakes Matters with Hybrid Flexibility in San Francisco

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a premier San Francisco litigation practice, is seeking a Securities Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The group defends public companies, officers and directors, financial institutions, and technology companies in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and regulatory investigations.

This is a hybrid role based in the Financial District, balancing in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

What You'll Do

• Defend securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation in federal and state court
• Represent clients in SEC and other regulatory investigations
• Draft motions to dismiss, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
• Work closely with partners on case strategy and client communications

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of securities or complex commercial litigation experience
• Large or national firm experience preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive on fast-moving, high-profile matters
