Real Estate Litigation Attorney: Meaningful Disputes with Hybrid Flexibility in Fort Myers

Our client, an established Southwest Florida law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its downtown Fort Myers office. The firm represents developers, property owners, lenders, community associations, and businesses in real property and commercial disputes across Lee and Collier Counties.

This is a hybrid role. You will split your week between the Fort Myers office and home, with direct partner access and real ownership of your matters.

What You'll Do

• Litigate real estate disputes, including title, boundary, easement, lease, and purchase contract claims
• Handle foreclosure, construction lien, and landlord-tenant litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Advise clients on litigation risk and resolution strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of real estate or commercial litigation experience
• Familiarity with Florida real property law and procedure
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
