A well-respected Boca Raton law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least 3 years of practice to join its sophisticated estate planning and probate team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working on complex estate plans, probate administrations, and related tax matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred, and experience with federal estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 & 709) is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced estate planning documents
Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies
Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration matters
Prepare and review federal estate and gift tax returns (706 & 709)
Collaborate closely with clients, accountants, and financial advisors to implement customized planning solutions
Manage a diverse caseload with the support of experienced paralegals and administrative staff
What We’re Looking For:
JD and active Florida Bar license
Minimum 3 years of experience in trusts, estates, probate, and related tax matters
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred
Experience preparing or reviewing IRS Forms 706 & 709 highly desirable
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
Client-focused approach with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly
