Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience

A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join its Pittsburgh office. This role is ideal for a seasoned tax professional with trust and estate experience who wants to lead complex engagements, advise high-net-worth individuals and families, and grow with a firm that invests in its people.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex tax engagements from planning through review and delivery
• Advise clients on trust, estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning
• Review trust, estate, gift, and individual tax returns
• Research and resolve technical tax issues
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and their other advisors
• Lead, train, and mentor tax staff, seniors, and managers
• Support business development and help grow client relationships

What You Bring

• CPA or JD required
• 7+ years of relevant tax experience
• Strong trust and estate experience preferred
• Excellent technical, communication, and client service skills
• Experience leading and developing teams
