An established, growing commercial flooring contractor seeks an experienced Estimator to join its Atlanta team. This opportunity offers long-term stability, a strong team environment, and exposure to large-scale commercial projects.
Prepare accurate estimates, material takeoffs, and competitive bids.
Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate vendor pricing and identify potential scope gaps.
Collaborate with sales and project management teams.
Proven commercial flooring estimating experience.
Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and labor costs.
Experience estimating large-scale commercial projects.
RFMS experience preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
$75K–$90K + Annual Bonus
