Labor & Employment Attorney: Fully Remote Opportunity Serving Bay Area Employers

Our client, a California firm with a strong employment practice, is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support Bay Area employers on a remote basis. The group advises companies on workplace counseling, investigations, and employment litigation defense.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration with partners and clients, and occasional travel for hearings, mediations, or key meetings as needed.

What You'll Do

• Defend employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims
• Counsel employers on handbooks, policies, investigations, and separations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and position statements
• Take and defend depositions and attend mediations and hearings
• Help clients reduce workplace risk through practical advice

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience
• Strong research, writing, and counseling skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to travel for key case events when needed
