Family Law Attorney: Meaningful Client Work with Hybrid Flexibility in Boca Raton

Our client, an established Palm Beach County family law practice, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience for its Boca Raton office. The firm handles divorce, custody, support, and related family matters for individuals and families throughout South Florida.

This is a hybrid role. You will balance time in the Boca Raton office with remote workdays while receiving mentorship from experienced family law attorneys.

What You'll Do

• Handle divorce, custody, timesharing, and support matters
• Draft pleadings, marital settlement agreements, and parenting plans
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Counsel clients through emotionally complex matters with professionalism
• Work closely with partners on strategy and case management

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong client counseling and courtroom skills
• Compassion paired with sound judgment
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
