Job Description

A community bank in Canon City is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across Fremont County and the Royal Gorge area. You'll guide a small team, grow deposits and loans, and be a familiar face in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Train, support, and lead the branch staff
• Grow deposit and loan relationships throughout the local market
• Work consumer, small-business, and the occasional ag loan request
• Keep operations smooth while staying inside policy and regulation
• Deliver strong service and suggest products that fit each customer
• Represent the bank at local events and community groups

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years in banking that include supervising or lending
• Business or finance degree preferred
• Natural leader with clear, friendly communication
• Consumer or small-business lending exposure helps
• Organized and comfortable covering many duties in a small office
