Job Description

A community bank in Clinton is adding a Credit Analyst to support its lenders across Clinton County and the river corridor in eastern Iowa. You'll partner closely with loan officers on commercial, ag, and real estate requests, with a clear path into lending or senior credit.

Responsibilities:

• Spread statements and returns and write clear, complete credit memos
• Risk-rate commercial and ag lines and refresh ratings as conditions change
• Sit with lenders on new deals and renewals from start to finish
• Coach newer analysts on spreads, memos, and bank standards
• Build month-end and regulatory reporting packages on schedule
• Back loan review and help keep credits inside policy and regulation

Qualifications:

• Finance, Accounting, or related bachelor's degree
• One or more years as a bank credit analyst preferred
• Sharp Excel, numbers, and written analysis skills
• Careful with detail and reliable against deadlines
• Wants a path into lending or a senior credit seat
