Job Description

A community bank in Boone is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its local office and serve customers across Boone County. This hands-on role blends team leadership, consumer and small business lending, and visible involvement in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, coach, and develop the people who run the branch day to day
• Push deposit and loan growth across the Boone market
• Work consumer and small-business loans from application through closing
• Own daily operations, security routines, and regulatory follow-through
• Give strong service and point customers to products that fit
• Show up for civic groups and community events that matter locally

Qualifications:

• Three or more years in banking with people-leading or lending work
• College degree preferred, or matching banking experience
• Leads well and communicates clearly with staff and customers
• Knows consumer or small-business lending basics
• Steady, organized, and able to switch priorities quickly
