Waste Industry Outside Sales Representative (B2B)
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow relationships across commercial, industrial, construction, and municipal accounts within the waste, recycling, and environmental services space. This is a hunter-minded role focused on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and building a long-term book of business.
What you’ll do:
Prospect, qualify, and close new customers for waste/recycling services and solutions
Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct site visits, assess needs, and deliver tailored proposals/pricing
Negotiate terms, manage the sales cycle, and ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with operations to deliver excellent service and expand accounts
Track activity and forecasts in CRM; consistently hit weekly/monthly goals
What we’re looking for:
2+ years B2B outside sales (waste/recycling/environmental services strongly preferred)
Proven hunter mentality with measurable new-logo wins
Strong communication, negotiation, and territory management skills
Valid driver’s license; comfortable with local/regional travel
