Agriculture Education Director

A growing and forward-thinking organization is seeking an Agriculture Education Director to lead and expand impactful programs that inspire the next generation of agricultural leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about agriculture, education, and mentorship—especially individuals with a background in 4-H or FFA—to step into a leadership role with strong support, resources, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee agriculture education programs for middle school through college-level students
• Build meaningful connections with students, educators, and community partners
• Lead curriculum development focused on agriculture, leadership, and career readiness
• Mentor students and foster engagement in agricultural pathways
• Represent the organization at events, schools, and industry functions

Qualifications:

• Background in 4-H, FFA, or similar agricultural youth programs
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with students
• Leadership experience in education, agriculture, or program development
• Ability to connect with and inspire students across multiple age groups
