A highly regarded employment law firm in Minneapolis is seeking an attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for employees and protecting workplace rights. Employer side representation will be considered!
Responsibilities:
Represent employees in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and whistleblower cases.
Handle all aspects of case management from intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Advise clients on employment law matters and provide strategic recommendations.
Engage in settlement negotiations, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in Minnesota (or eligible for admission).
1–5 years of experience in employment litigation representing employees or employers.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Commitment to client service and a passion for protecting employee rights.
