Personal Injury Attorney: Plaintiff Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Cranberry Township

Our client, a respected Western Pennsylvania plaintiff firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Cranberry Township office. The practice handles auto, premises, and catastrophic injury matters for individuals and families across the Pittsburgh region.

This is a hybrid role. You will spend part of the week in the Cranberry Township office and part working remotely, with direct partner access and real case ownership.

What You'll Do

• Handle plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and motions
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Communicate clearly with clients on strategy and next steps
• Support partners on larger catastrophic cases as needed

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and client counseling skills
• Desire for courtroom and negotiation experience
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
