Corporate Associate – Palm Beach, FL | M&A, Transactions, & Growth Opportunity
A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 2–3 years of relevant experience to build their corporate practice alongside an experienced team in a hybrid work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and general counseling
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, merger and acquisition agreements, and related transactional documents
Support clients through various stages of business transactions and regulatory compliance
Work closely with partners and clients on strategy, execution, and risk mitigation
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar (or eligible for reciprocity)
2–3 years of experience in general corporate law, commercial transactions, M&A, and contracts
Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Competitive salary range: $127,500–$135,000, depending on experience
