💼 Position: Electrical Engineer/Designer (Experienced)
📍 Location: Madison, WI 💰 Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000+ (based on experience and licensure) 📅 Full-Time | Immediate Hire | In-Office Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t just another desk job. You’ll be leading exciting design projects from concept through construction. We’re talking full-scale electrical plans, cutting-edge lighting systems, energy-efficient power design, and high-performance low-voltage systems.
✔️ Design lighting, power, lighting control, and low-voltage systems ✔️ Create full electrical drawing sets and write project specifications ✔️ Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection ✔️ Conduct field investigations and collaborate with diverse project teams ✔️ Ensure code compliance, quality, and innovation in every design
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of hands-on electrical design experience ✅ Strong technical know-how in building systems (commercial/industrial preferred) ✅ PE License or Registered Designer status preferred (or ability to obtain) ✅ Excellent communication and project coordination skills ✅ Motivation, curiosity, and pride in what you create
