Position Overview

Weare seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) with strong middle-market experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to manage a diverse book of business with a focus on real estate, condos, and habitational accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business ranging from $240K–$300K in premium
  • Provide A–Z account management: remarketing, servicing, and producer relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and shared service resources to streamline daily operations
  • Support potential expansion of commercial accounts and team structure

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of Commercial Lines experience (P&C licensed)
  • Proven ability to manage mid-market accounts independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
  • Good employment tenure
  • Experience in niche markets is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility on in-office days

Work Environment & Locations

  • Hybrid work model – no specific mandatory in-office days
  • Several offices in greater NYC area
  • Some team members are fully remote and travel in as needed
