Senior Employment Law Attorney: Help Build and Lead a Growing Practice in Tampa

We are working with a highly regarded Tampa law firm that is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney with 7+ years of experience to play a key role in building its employment law practice. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished employment lawyer to work directly with clients, mentor the next generation of attorneys, and help shape the future of the practice.

This is an in-office position. A portable practice is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

• Independently advise employer clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Represent employers in government agency investigations and in litigation of employment claims
• Draft employment agreements, forms, policies, and procedures
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates
• Help build and grow the firm's employment law practice

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 7+ years of employment law experience
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and matters
• Willingness to supervise, train, and mentor associates and to help build the practice
• Portable practice preferred but not required
