Transactional Real Estate Associate: Top-Tier Pay and a Flexible Hybrid Schedule in Miami

Are you a real estate attorney who wants sophisticated deal work, a strong paycheck, and real flexibility? Our client is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its Miami team.

This is a hybrid role: attorneys are in the Miami office two days per week. Everyone is in the office on Wednesdays, and you choose your second in-office day. The role carries a 1,750-hour annual billable requirement.

What You'll Do

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related agreements
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
• Manage transactions through closing, including closing documents and post-closing matters
• Work directly with partners and clients on strategy, structure, and risk

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3 to 6 years of transactional real estate experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Thorough understanding of title, survey, and due diligence
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deals at once
