Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior, Supervisor, or Manager to join our growing tax team. This role involves leading and reviewing complex tax engagements, supporting staff development, and offering strategic tax planning to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates
Lead client engagements and supervise junior tax staff
Conduct research and provide guidance on complex tax issues
Communicate directly with clients and provide proactive tax planning strategies
Collaborate with firm leadership on technical matters and client service delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA designation
4–8 years of relevant public accounting experience in tax
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
