What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily bridge construction tasks in line with project plans and priorities
Assign responsibilities to crew members and contractors to ensure efficiency and quality
Collaborate on budgets and uphold top-tier quality standards
Troubleshoot challenges and keep communication clear across the team
Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience on bridge construction job sites
Proven ability to run and motivate a small crew
Solid understanding of bridge construction practices
