We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our client's team! If you have a keen eye for detail, strong estimating skills, and a background in commercial roofing, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects
✅ Conduct site assessments and evaluate project scope
✅ Analyze blueprints, specifications, and job requirements
✅ Collaborate with sales and project management teams
✅ Build relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors
✅ Ensure estimates align with company goals and client needs
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3-5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
✔️ Knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.)
✔️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
