gpac, a search and placement firm with 30 years in the recruitment industry is excited to parnter with a local insurance agency to help them identify an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager ready to make an impact with a great team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing expert advice to clients, and helping them protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering top-notch service to clients.
• Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare quotes.
• Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring smooth and efficient resolutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Solicit and sell new policies and earn 40% commissions
• Renew existing policies and earn 40% commissions

Who you are:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license 
• Tech Savvy: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
