What you'll do
- Run several commercial roofing projects at once, from contract award to closeout, covering schedules, budgets, submittals, and change orders
- Be the go-to person for superintendents, foremen, general contractors, owners, and manufacturers
- Keep every job on time, on budget, and profitable
- Walk jobs for quality checks and manufacturer warranty inspections
- Keep your crews safe and every jobsite in compliance
What you bring
- 3+ years managing commercial roofing projects
- Hands-on experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal systems
- Comfort with plans, specs, and scheduling (The EDGE, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff is a bonus)
- Strong organization, clear communication, and pride in your work
