A growing and respected personal injury law firm is looking for a Plaintiffs' Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team in Pearland, TX. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage a high-impact caseload and grow within a firm that promotes from within.
As a Plaintiffs' Pre-Litigation Attorney, you’ll manage 150–200+ pre-litigation cases. You’ll evaluate policy limits, guide clients through treatment, determine if care aligns with how the accident occurred, and draft strong settlement demands once treatment concludes.
What We're Looking For:
Prior personal injury law experience required
1–3 years of legal experience preferred
J.D. from an accredited law school; top 1/3 of class preferred
Strong organizational and client management skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
