Corporate Attorney: Hands-On Transactional Work in Tallahassee

Our client, an established North Florida firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Tallahassee office. The practice advises closely held companies, professional practices, and entrepreneurs on contracts, governance, financings, and growth transactions, with meaningful exposure to government and regulated-industry clients.

This is an in-office role in Tallahassee, where you will work side by side with corporate partners and enjoy a collaborative capital-city setting.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents
• Advise on entity formation, governance, and ownership issues
• Support financing and acquisition transactions
• Coordinate diligence and closing processes
• Serve as a practical counselor to business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with partner support
• Commitment to working in office in Tallahassee
