Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney 2+ Years (Plaintiff or Defense Background)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and litigate a dedicated caseload focusing primarily on Auto and Trucking accidents.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Take and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate closely with a fully staffed, dedicated support team to ensure efficient case progression.
Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of dedicated Personal Injury litigation experience.
Case Types: Proven familiarity with Auto and/or Trucking injury cases is highly preferred.
Versatility: Open to candidates coming from either a Plaintiff or Defense background.
Licensure: Active license to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing.
Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills, paired with a collaborative mindset.
