Family Law Attorney: Client-Focused Practice in Santa Barbara

Our client, a respected Santa Barbara family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience for its Santa Barbara office. The practice handles divorce, custody, support, and related family matters for individuals and families throughout Santa Barbara County.

This is an in-office role in Santa Barbara, where you will work closely with partners and enjoy a collaborative coastal California setting.

What You'll Do

• Handle divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters
• Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and parenting plans
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Counsel clients with professionalism and empathy
• Work closely with partners on strategy and case management

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client-counseling skills
• Empathy and professionalism with clients in difficult situations
• Commitment to working in office in Santa Barbara
