This very professional and fun bank and Merchant services group has a division that services other companies in the nation with top products including cards for their members and customers. This fun, high-paced office is scaling and seeks a Sales professional for an established department! 

The company is ready to scale, methodical, not for sale, and ready to onboard the right Business Developer for Merchant Services and Payment! This is an opportunity for a current Marketing Specialist to become an official Strategist or a Projects Management oriented professional to help another organization make a difference. Requirements for Merchant Services Business Development:

  • Proven tenure in Merchant Services, payment systems, cards, etc-- Financial banking or vendors industry of products
  • college degree preferred, but experience trumps degree
    • Entrepreneurial mindset a plus
  • Marketing, customers service savvy, ability to solve problems or find the right team who can
    • Promotional campaigns, Management of complex lists, ability to pull data from multiple sources, utilizing target filters
    • Adobe Creative Suite and Constant Contact experience helpful
  • Regulatory compliance understanding, respect, and implementation: BSA, 
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Highly professional clientelle requires sense of decorum, while presenting an approachable, genuine, relationship-developing touch every time
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and bring team members up to speed on any training
  • Ability to delegate and train others on the team
  • Understanding and backing of set goals and ability to self-motivate to strategize ways to help team reach goals
  • Self-motivated marketing, customer service, project management
  • Travel, a lot and overnight, but mostly in the state and touching states.
  • The ideal person with have finesse, be professional, even a bit formal at times, have the ability to think on one's feet, discernment of when to collaborate with the team back in the office, and to come up with solutions that benefit all involved whenever possible.
