Senior Litigation Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense)
My client, a respected firm in the Denver market, is looking to add a Litigation Associate to their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse caseload involving real estate disputes, insurance defense, and civil litigation with real trial opportunity and a collaborative team culture.
Case Variety: Represent clients in litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, foreclosures, and more
Active Litigation Role: Handle cases from intake through trial and appeal — including research, discovery, court appearances, and client interaction
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with experienced litigators and department leaders
Business-Minded Practice: Opportunity to participate in client development and long-term firm strategy
Competitive salary range of $110,000–$140,000

7–10 years’ litigation experience in district court or insurance defense
Licensed to practice in Colorado
