Senior Litigation Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense) 

My client, a respected firm in the Denver market, is looking to add a Litigation Associate to their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse caseload involving real estate disputes, insurance defense, and civil litigation with real trial opportunity and a collaborative team culture.

🔍 Position Highlights:

  • Case Variety: Represent clients in litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, foreclosures, and more

  • Active Litigation Role: Handle cases from intake through trial and appeal — including research, discovery, court appearances, and client interaction

  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with experienced litigators and department leaders

  • Business-Minded Practice: Opportunity to participate in client development and long-term firm strategy

  • Path to Partnership: There is a opportunity to build a book of business and make Partner

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000–$140,000

  • Merit-based bonus potential

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7–10 years’ litigation experience in district court or insurance defense

  • Licensed to practice in Colorado

  • Excellent research, writing, and courtroom communication skills

  • Highly organized, decisive, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism

  • Portable book of business a plus, but not required
