Commercial Roofing VP of Sales

Over here at GPAC we are actively working with a reputable commercial roofing contractor looking to add a director level sales member to their team. They have been experiencing growth in their commercial roofing division and want to continuing seeing the division effectivel grow. They need this commercila Sales VP/Manager to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth in revenue the company knows they're capable of bringing in. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, office staff, and Laborers. Commercial Roofing VP of Sales Duties

- As a Director of Sales, you will direct and oversee all roofing sales operations, ensuring your team is focused and driven to meet and exceed performance goals.

- You will spend your time recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring representatives, building a strong and motivated team that thrives in storm restoration sales.

- You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, track daily activity, and supervise all sales-generating field activity.

- Your day will include leading daily and weekly meetings, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.

- You will coach team leaders to become stronger leaders themselves, while infusing your team with passion and motivation.

- You will also conduct regular training sessions to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge, and you will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and create the best customer experience possible.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management (commercial roofing and or construction)
  • Previous B2B Sales and Realtionship building experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Applications

Benefits/Compensation for Commercial VP of Sales

* Full health benefits, 401K

* Base salary between $$120k-$160k + aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $200k+
