Job Title: Senior Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Boise or Eagle, ID (In-Office)

A growing Idaho law firm is hiring a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join its business litigation practice. The position handles a mix of plaintiff and defense matters, including business, contract, construction defect, and employment disputes. Candidates with transferable trial experience—such as prosecutors or personal injury litigators—are encouraged to apply.
Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution or trial.
Conduct court appearances, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Guide and mentor junior associates and support staff.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
Experience: 7+ years in civil litigation with substantial, direct courtroom experience.
Licensure: Active Idaho bar license (or eligible for immediate admission).
Work Setting: Ability to work full-time in-office
Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (negotiable with portable business).

Bonus: Quarterly performance bonuses available
