Litigation Associate Role: 3-5 years of experience

A growing mid-sized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their commercial litigation team. This position offers hands-on litigation experience, direct attorney mentorship, and exposure to a sophisticated client base across a variety of commercial matters.

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably involving commercial or business disputes
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
  • A professional, team-oriented mindset with strong client service skills
